Tickets

Simply add the tickets you want to your virtual shopping basket. Then select how you would like to pay for your order and enter the necessary data.
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received the order confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder – often your mailbox is pre-sorted for you.

If your disability ID includes a “B” (companion) mark, your companion is entitled to free entry to the festival.
For visitors from the UK, we accept the Access Card with +1.

To receive the free companion ticket, prior registration is required (registration deadline: 20 June 2026).

We will review your details.

After verification, you will receive a link to the ticketshop with an access code.
There you can purchase a Full Weekend Ticket for yourself and your companion (€0).
The tickets are linked and will be personalised after checkout.

For attending the festival for just 1 day, the purchase of a corresponding Day Ticket is required.
Please have your valid ID with Authorization B (or Acces Card +1) ready at the entrance at Bridge B1.
Your companion will then be granted free entry.

Would you like to visit the Summerjam Festival as a family and your children are between 0-15 years old?
No problem - we offer the free Kidsticket (age 2-9) and the discounted Youngsterticket (age 10-15).
The tickets are only valid in conjunction with a valid ID document.
The ticket holder must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

You can choose to pay by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer (advance payment).

Bank Transfer / Advance Payment
Your order will be shipped as soon as the full amount has been received.
All bank transfers, including international transfers, must be made free of charge for the recipient.

If you selected credit card or PayPal payment but find our bank details in your order confirmation, your card payment was not successful. Don’t worry—your order confirmation will still show the payment method you originally selected. In this case, your order is marked as “open” (unpaid) in our system.
Please complete the payment via bank transfer as indicated in your order confirmation.

Your E-Ticket will arrive in your mail inbox as soon as we receive your payment. You can either print it out or save it on your mobile device and show it to us paperless on site.

The lovingly designed Hardticket takes a few days to process and ship. Hardtickets are sent by mail via Deutsche Post AG, and you will receive a notification email as soon as your order is on its way.

If your order includes both Hardtickets and, for example, a caravan badge, the hardticket will be sent by post, while the caravan badge will be delivered digitally by email.

Please note that the last shipment of hardtickets will take place on Wednesday June 24th, 2026. Hardticket orders paid for after this date will automatically be sent as E-Tickets instead. 

The return of your ordered tickets is only possible in case of a postponement or cancellation of the Summerjam Festival by us. Please keep us informed if your e-mail address changes so that we can contact you.

So far we have not included personalisation on our tickets. However, it is very important that we are always able to contact you should there be a change in this due to a federal or state government regulation. So please keep us informed if you change your e-mail address before the next Summerjam Festival.

Unfortunately, we have increasingly noticed that some e-mail providers are blocking our system e-mails (e.g. order confirmation e-mail, e-ticket e-mail) - even without them ending up in the spam/junk mail folder.

So please put our e-mail address ticket@summerjam.de on the "safe list" in your mailbox before you order or mark it as a VIP.

Please also remember that sometimes a mailbox is simply too full, and then no e-mail can be sent to you.
If you still have problems, we will be happy to help you personally :)

The moment your order is completed by us, you will receive an email with the subject "Status change (BestNr.) to completed" - which means that your hardtickets will be sent to you by post. If you still haven't received a shipment a few days (approx. 7-9 national, 12-14 international) after receiving this email, please contact our ticket support: ticket@summerjam.de
