Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Event tickets are delivered worldwide.

Deliveries within Germany:
The tickets will be sent by letter with Deutsche Post AG.
We calculate the shipping costs as follows:
1-3 tickets: € 6,00
4 tickets and more: € 6,50

Deliveries abroad:
The tickets will be sent by letter with Deutsche Post AG.
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
1-3 tickets: € 6,50
from 4 tickets: € 7,50

Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, tickets will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 6 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of receipt of full payment). For deliveries outside the EU, the delivery times may vary. 
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

We ship our goods exclusively by letter with Deutsche Post AG.

Terms of payment:
You have the following payment options:

- Prepayment by bank transfer (payment received within 10 working days, otherwise the booking will be canceled without claim)
- Payment by instant bank transfer
- Payment by credit card
