The Summerjam Festival Day Tickets for FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY are now available.
The Day Tickets are only available in advance as E-Tickets.
The contingent is limited.
The line-up by day will be published in May 2024.
Admission to Festival Island from 2 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 1 pm.
Access and wristband exchange are exclusively and directly at the entrances to Festival Island (in front of bridges B1 and B2).

ATTENTION: The Day Ticket is only valid for one entry to the island, anyone who leaves the festival island is not entitled to re-entry.
The Day Ticket does not entitle you to camp.
The return of your ordered tickets is only possible in the event of a postponement or cancellation of the Summerjam Festival by us.
The Day Ticket is valid for a specific day and cannot be exchanged for another day.
An upgrade from a Day Ticket to a 3-Day Festival Ticket is not possible.

In the central campground (C5/Green Camp) we offer you an exclusive Comfort Camp (only for tents) with guaranteed camping, own security and many other extras included:

Comfort Camp Tickets Friday – Monday:

All pre-camping fees must be paid directly on site (in cash).
Additional electricity can be booked for an extra charge.
The power connection is limited to 1kW/220 volts.

The sale of Comfort Camp Tickets does not constitute a distance contract within the meaning of § 312 g paragraph 2 No. 9 BGB. This means that Comfort Camp and Power Supply Tickets are excluded from exchange and return.
Contour Festival GmbH explicitly points out that it is not the organizer of the Comfort Camp, but only sells tickets on behalf of KIKO GmbH.

It is permitted to set up a small tent as well as camping chairs etc. within your own space. No additional camping is permitted on the caravan parking lots.
All access roads are escape routes and must be kept clear.
Motorhomes, caravans and camper vans such as VW Bus models and Caddy Campers are permitted. Converted cars or estate cars do not count as motorhomes and entry is not permitted with a valid caravan ticket. In the event of refusal of access/refusal of entry, the ticket price will not be refunded.
The caravan ticket entitles the holder to one entry. It is not possible to re-enter after leaving the parking lot.
The towing vehicle of a caravan cannot also be parked in the parking lot and must be parked in the chargeable visitor parking area. In order to park and collect the caravan, the towing vehicle will be granted access once on the day of arrival and once on the day of departure.
To be able to use the power connection, you must bring your own extension cable. This must not have any damage (visible or invisible), as otherwise short circuits may occur in the distributor. The power requirement is designed for normal consumption during use of the caravan. Additional power sources (e.g. jukeboxes, cool boxes) can lead to power fluctuations and are therefore not permitted.

The Single-Entry Parking Ticket entitles the holder to enter the parking lot once.

Simply add the tickets you want to your virtual shopping basket. Then select how you would like to pay for your order and enter the necessary data.
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received the order confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder – often your mailbox is pre-sorted for you. If you can't find the order confirmation, please send us an e-mail to ticket@summerjam.de. Together we'll find out what's going on.
We operate on the principle of "2 for 1": you as a person with a "B" in your ID will be issued a personalized free ticket and pay the festival ticket for your companion. Prior registration is necessary for this.
Please send an e-mail with a picture of your ID to ticket@summerjam.de. We will then check your details and send you a free ticket if applicable. Please note that we will start issuing free tickets in May 2023 at the earliest.
Deadline for registration is June 1st 2023.
Children up to and including 12 years of age are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Extra children's tickets are not needed, just bring a photo ID to the wristband exchange counters. We can then check the age of your child on site and put on a child's wristband.
You have the choice between a credit card payment, Sofort banking or payment in advance.
If you pay in advance, we will process your order as soon as we have received the full amount. If you choose this method, you will find our bank details in your order confirmation e-mail. Please note that your order must be paid within ten days, otherwise it will be deleted.
If you pay by credit card or Sofort banking, your order will be ready to be processed by us immediately.
If you have selected payment by credit card/Sofort banking but find our bank account details in your order confirmation, your payment could not be processed successfully - don't be surprised, your order confirmation will still show the payment method you actually selected. In this case, your order is in our system as "open" (=unpaid). In this case, please transfer the amount as indicated in the order confirmation.
The e-ticket arrives in your e-mail inbox as soon as we receive your payment and you can either print it out or save it on your mobile device to show it to us paperless on site.
The lovingly designed hardticket takes a few days to process and ship. We send hardtickets by mail (Deutsche Post Ag) and you will receive a notification e-mail as soon as your hardticket order is on its way to you.
If, for example, you have hard tickets and a caravan ticket in your order, your hard ticket will be sent by post and the caravan ticket will be sent digitally by e-mail.
Caravan and Comfort Camp tickets are only available as e-tickets.
The return of your ordered tickets is only possible in case of a postponement or cancellation of the Summerjam Festival by us. Please keep us informed if your e-mail address changes so that we can contact you.
So far we have not included personalisation on our tickets. However, it is very important that we are always able to contact you should there be a change in this due to a federal or state government regulation. So please keep us informed if you change your e-mail address before the next Summerjam Festival.
Unfortunately, we have increasingly noticed that some e-mail providers are blocking our system e-mails (e.g. order confirmation e-mail, e-ticket e-mail) - even without them ending up in the spam/junk mail folder.
So please put our e-mail address ticket@summerjam.de on the "safe list" in your mailbox before you order or mark it as a VIP.
Please also remember that sometimes a mailbox is simply too full, and then no e-mail can be sent to you.
If you still have problems, we will be happy to help you personally :)
The moment your order is completed by us, you will receive an email with the subject "Status change (BestNr.) to completed" - which means that your hardtickets will be sent to you by post. If you still haven't received a shipment a few days (approx. 7-9 national, 12-14 international) after receiving this email, please contact our ticket support: ticket@summerjam.de
