HARDTICKETS (available from november, 25th 2024)
These tickets are not computer printouts, but a must-have especially among collectors and fans.
With their high-quality and individually made design, these hardtickets are truly unique.
E-TICKETS
After receipt of payment the E-Ticket is immediately available.
You can either print it out or conveniently download it to your smartphone.
You save shipping time – and postage.
Price: 145,00 € + 10,00 € advanced booking fee

In the central campground (C5/Green Camp) we offer you an exclusive Comfort Camp (only for tents) with guaranteed camping, own security and many other extras included:
• Reception and check-in service
• Security & access only for Comfort Camp ticket holders
• Including flatrate wristband (access to the water-flushed toilets on the festival site)
• Guaranteed camping site
• 750 meter walk (12 min) to the main entrance of the festival island
• Sale of chilled drinks, breakfast, crepes and freshly brewed coffee, information and emergency service
• Cell phone charging station
• Own camp lounge with cocktail bar
• Daily cleaning
• Lighting & partly paved paths
• Net space requirement per guest is calculated at approx. 4sqm.
Additional electricity can be booked for an extra charge.
The power connection is limited to 1kW/220 volts.
The additional extension is 25m long, sufficient from the power distributor to the campsite.
Only valid in conjunction with a Comfort Camp Ticket.
We offer a separate area for families with children.
Please indicate the total number of people (incl. children) in the selection FAMILY AREA.
Please note that we cannot offer the Power Supply Option in this area.
Comfort Camp Tickets Friday – Monday:
Per person: €40,- plus advance booking fees
The Comfort Camp Ticket is only valid in combination with a 3-Day Festival Ticket AND a Camping Ticket.
Comfort Camp Youngster Ticket Friday - Monday:
Children (from 10 - 15 years): €10
Children up to and including 9 years have free admission.
Please present ID on site.
Arrival on Wednesday:
An additional fee of €40 per person will be charged for this
(€20 advance camping fee at the festival wristband exchange + €20 fee directly at the Comfort Camp)
Arrival on Thursday:
Additional fees of €20 per person will be charged for this
(€20 fee directly at Comfort Camp)
All pre-camping fees must be paid directly on site (in cash).
Opening hours Check-In Comfort Camp:
Wednesday from 12pm.
Thursday and Friday from 8.30am until approx. midnight.
Late arrivals will not be turned away.

On the central campground we offer an exclusive Comfort Camp with further included extras. The Comfort Camp Ticket is valid for 1 person and only in combination with a 3-Day Festival Ticket AND a Camping Ticket.

The Comfort Camp Youngsterticket is valid for 1 person (from 10 - up to and including 15 years) only in combination with a 3-Day Festival Ticket.

For families with children we offer a separate area in the Comfort Camp. Indicate in the selection the total number of people (incl. children).

Camping Ticket incl. €10 garbage deposit and incl. toilet flatrate (access to the water-flushed toilets on the camping and festival site).
Valid from Thursday, 03 July (10 am) - Monday, 07 July 2025 (10 am) on the designated tent and caravan areas.
The camping area must be completely cleared and left clean by Monday, 07 July 2025 - 10 am.
The Camping Ticket is only valid in conjunction with a 3-day Festival Ticket and is valid for 1 person.
(This means: every person who wants to stay overnight on site - whether in a tent or caravan - needs a camping ticket).
An additional Caravan Ticket is required per vehicle for camping with a motorhome/camper on the caravan pitches.
A Camping Ticket is required for visitors who would also like to book the Comfort Camp.
Festival visitors who wants to camp from Wednesday, 02.07.2025 must pay an advance fee on site.
Price: 25,00 € plus 10.00 € garbage deposit + 4,00 € advanced booking fee
The Camping Ticket includes a toilet flatrate and is only valid in conjunction with a 3-Day Festival Ticket
Parking ONLY possible with a printed E-Ticket, Parking Tickets will not be available on site!
The Parking Ticket for Friday, Saturday or Sunday entitles the holder to one entry and is valid until 6 am the following day, after which the vehicle will be towed away.
It is not possible to re-enter after leaving the parking lot, but it is always possible to leave.
Entry time on the booked day: 8:00 am - midnight.
Price per day: €12 (incl. VAT, culture tax, environmental and advance booking fees, no insurance cover)
The Single-Entry Parking Ticket entitles the holder to enter the parking lot once.
It is not possible to re-enter after leaving the parking lot, exit is always possible.
Entry time from Wednesday, July 02 - Sunday, July 06, 2025: 8:00 am - midnight.
Price: €32.50 (incl. VAT, culture tax, environmental and advance booking fees, no insurance cover)
The Multiple-Entry Parking Ticket entitles to multiple entry and exit (please note the entry times).
Entry time from Wednesday, July 02 - Sunday, July 06, 2025: 8:00 am - midnight.
The entire site is available to parkers until 11 am on Monday, July 07, 2024 at the latest.
Price: €50 (incl. VAT, culture tax, environmental and advance booking fees, no insurance cover)
Escape and rescue routes must be kept clear at all times.
Visitors are responsible for their own arrival and park their vehicle at their own risk; there is no entitlement to a specific parking space.
Direction Central Parking/Bergheimer Weg
The sale of Parking Tickets does not constitute a distance contract within the meaning of § 312 g para. 2 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code). This means that Parking Tickets are excluded from exchange and return.

The Friday Parking Ticket entitles the holder to one entry on July 4, 2025 from 8:00 am to midnight and is valid until 6:00 am the following day

Simply add the tickets you want to your virtual shopping basket. Then select how you would like to pay for your order and enter the necessary data.
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received the order confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder – often your mailbox is pre-sorted for you. If you can't find the order confirmation, please send us an e-mail to ticket@summerjam.de. Together we'll find out what's going on.
We operate on the principle of "2 for 1": you as a person with a "B" in your ID will be issued a personalized free ticket and pay the festival ticket for your companion. Prior registration is necessary for this.
Please send an e-mail with a picture of your ID to ticket@summerjam.de. We will then check your details and send you a free ticket if applicable. Please note that we will start issuing free tickets in May 2024 at the earliest.
Deadline for registration is June 1st 2024.

You have the choice between a credit card payment, Sofort banking, or payment in advance.
If you pay in advance, we will process your order as soon as we have received the full amount. If you choose this method, you will find our bank details in your order confirmation e-mail. Please note that your order must be paid within ten days, otherwise it will be deleted.
If you pay by credit card or Sofort banking, your order will be ready to be processed by us immediately.
If you have selected payment by credit card/Sofort banking but find our bank account details in your order confirmation, your payment could not be processed successfully - don't be surprised, your order confirmation will still show the payment method you actually selected. In this case, your order is in our system as "open" (=unpaid). In this case, please transfer the amount as indicated in the order confirmation.
The e-ticket arrives in your e-mail inbox as soon as we receive your payment and you can either print it out or save it on your mobile device to show it to us paperless on site.
The lovingly designed hardticket takes a few days to process and ship. We send hardtickets by mail (Deutsche Post Ag) and you will receive a notification e-mail as soon as your hardticket order is on its way to you.
If, for example, you have hard tickets and a caravan ticket in your order, your hard ticket will be sent by post and the caravan ticket will be sent digitally by e-mail.
Caravan and Comfort Camp tickets are only available as e-tickets.
The return of your ordered tickets is only possible in case of a postponement or cancellation of the Summerjam Festival by us. Please keep us informed if your e-mail address changes so that we can contact you.
So far we have not included personalisation on our tickets. However, it is very important that we are always able to contact you should there be a change in this due to a federal or state government regulation. So please keep us informed if you change your e-mail address before the next Summerjam Festival.
Unfortunately, we have increasingly noticed that some e-mail providers are blocking our system e-mails (e.g. order confirmation e-mail, e-ticket e-mail) - even without them ending up in the spam/junk mail folder.
So please put our e-mail address ticket@summerjam.de on the "safe list" in your mailbox before you order or mark it as a VIP.
Please also remember that sometimes a mailbox is simply too full, and then no e-mail can be sent to you.
If you still have problems, we will be happy to help you personally :)
The moment your order is completed by us, you will receive an email with the subject "Status change (BestNr.) to completed" - which means that your hardtickets will be sent to you by post. If you still haven't received a shipment a few days (approx. 7-9 national, 12-14 international) after receiving this email, please contact our ticket support: ticket@summerjam.de
