In our Summerjam Ticketshop you can choose between two different types of tickets:

HARDTICKETS
These tickets are not computer printouts, but a rarity especially among collectors and fans.
With their high-quality and individually made design, these hard tickets are truly unique.
Available from October 2022.

E-TICKETS
After receipt of payment the E-Ticket is immediately available.
You can either print it out as print@home or conveniently save it in the passbook/wallet using your smartphone.
You save shipping time – and postage.

Festival ticket incl. camping free of charge from 29 June to 03 July 2023

For all those who already know on which day they can be there:
Summerjam Festival Day Tickets for FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY are now available.
The Day Tickets are only available as E-Ticket in advance.
The contingent is limited.

In the central campground (C5/Green Camp) we offer you an exclusive Comfort Camp (only for tents) with guaranteed camping, own security, sanitary facilities and many other extras included:

- Reception and check-in service
- Security and access only with extra Access Band
- Water-flushed toilets, fresh water (valid for all flatrate toilet areas at Summerjam, starting Thursday, 8am)
- Guaranteed camping at any reserved arrival time
- 700 meters walking distance (10 min) to the main entrance and Service Center P2
- Own Camp-Lounge incl. Public Meet & Greet Area and Cocktail Bar
- Always chilled drinks, smartphone charging station, information, emergency service, breakfast, crepes & freshly brewed coffee
- Lighting & partly paved paths
- Daily cleaning & waste bags 4 free

Comfort Camp Tickets Friday - Monday:
€40,00 + advance booking fees €4,50 per person (no entry without festival ticket)
(incl. VAT, cultural promotion tax and environmental fees)

Up to 15 years including admission free.
The net space requirement per guest is calculated with approx. 3 sqm.

Arrival Pre-Camping on Wednesday:
Additional pre-camping fees of €40 per person will be charged for this.
Arrival Pre-Camping on Thursday:
For this additional pre-camping fees of €20 per person will be charged.
These must be paid directly on site (in cash).

Power Supply can be booked for an extra charge.
Power Supply is limited to 1kW/220 Volt.
The extension is 25 meters long, enough from the power distributor to the tent site.
Only valid in combination with a Comfort Camp- and Festivalticket.

For families with children we offer a separate area. Please indicate in the selection the total number of people (incl. children).

The sale of Comfort Camp-tickets does not constitute a distance contract within the meaning of § 312 g paragraph 2 No. 9 BGB. This means that Comfort Camp- and Power Supply-tickets are excluded from exchange and return.
Contour Festival GmbH explicitly points out that it is not the organizer of the Comfort Camp, but only sells tickets on behalf of KIKO GmbH.

The Comfort Camp is sold out, there is no waiting list.
From friday afternoon onwards, remaining places can be allocated on request on site.

Water-flushed toilets available (toilet-flatrate wristband necessary, which is available at the designated cash desks for a fee), parking space allocation on site by the staff of the security service.
Parking pockets are max. 7m in size. No height restriction.
ATTENTION: no electricity connection available.

Please note that each person needs a festival ticket to get access to the Caravan Area.
Arrival is possible from Wednesday 2pm. Per person an advance fee of €20,- in cash will be charged on site upon arrival on Wednesday.
No additional camping will be allowed on the caravan site.
One vehicle is allowed per parking lot. The setting up of a small awning as well as camping chairs etc. within the own parking lot is allowed. No additional camping is allowed on the caravan parking spaces.
All access roads are rescue routes and must be kept clear.

Allowed are motor homes, caravans and camping buses such as VW Bus models, Caddy Camper. Converted cars or station wagons are not considered as motorhomes and entry will not be allowed even with a valid caravan ticket. In case of refusal of access/entry there will be no refund of the ticket price.

The caravanticket entitles to one entry. Re-entry after leaving the parking lot is not possible.
The towing vehicle of a caravan cannot be additionally parked in the lot and must be parked in the visitor parking lot for which a fee is charged. In order to place and pick up the caravan, the towing vehicle will be allowed to enter once on the day of arrival and once on the day of departure.  

The sale of caravantickets does not constitute a distance contract within the meaning of § 312 g para. 2 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code). This means that caravantickets are excluded from exchange and return.

In order to be able to use the electricity connection, you must bring your own extension cable. This must not have any damage (visible or not visible), otherwise short circuits may occur in the distributor. The power requirement is designed for the usual consumption during the use of the caravan. Additional power sources (such as music boxes, coolers) may cause power fluctuations and are therefore not allowed.

NEW: All motor vehicles are permitted: motor homes, caravans, camping buses as well as converted cars and cars with roof tents.

The caravan ticket entitles the holder to a single entry. It is not possible to re-enter the car park after leaving it.
The towing vehicle of a caravan cannot be additionally parked in the plot and must be parked in the chargeable visitor:inside car park. In order to place and collect the caravan, the towing vehicle will be allowed entry once on each arrival and departure day.
