Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Hardtickets are delivered europwide:

Deliveries within Germany:
The tickets will be sent by letter with Deutsche Post AG.
We calculate the shipping costs as follows:
1-3 tickets: € 4,00
4 tickets and more: € 4,50

Deliveries abroad:
The tickets will be sent by letter with Deutsche Post AG.
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
1-3 tickets: € 4,50
from 4 tickets: € 5,00

Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, tickets will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 6 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of receipt of full payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

We ship our tickets exclusively by letter with Deutsche Post AG.

Terms of payment:
You have the following payment options:

- Prepayment / Bank Transfer (Downpayment is possible without any additional fees up to 10 weeks before the event)
Your order is securely reserved upon payment of the first downpayment. This downpayment will be credited towards the total price.
The remaining balance must be transferred within 60 days from the date of purchase. The order will only be shipped or ticket access granted once the total amount has been fully received by us.
For international transfers, all bank charges must be borne by the sender so that the recipient receives the full invoiced amount without deductions.
