Rise up! Jamaica needs our support – and together we can make a difference.
On December 14, 2025, a special charity concert will take place at the Live Music Hall in Cologne. Renowned artists will come together to show solidarity with the people of Jamaica who have been affected by the devastating Hurricane Melissa.
All proceeds from the evening will go directly to aid projects in Jamaica, and Summerjam will double the donation amount – up to €25,000!
Look forward to an evening full of music, solidarity, and hope. On stage will be:
GENTLEMAN, TRETTMANN, BONEZ MC, PATRICE, KUMAR FYAH, TREESHA, MILAA, INTI AYVAR WALTZ
Hosted by: ANDREW MURPHY
Tickets are now available for €25 (including fees) in our ticketshop. Be there – every ticket helps to rebuild lives and bring hope to Jamaica.
More information will follow shortly: We are currently reviewing specific aid projects on the ground and will keep you informed about how the donations are being used.
Big love & respect to everyone involved in making this project possible!

The worst storm in at least 170 years struck the island last night. Category 5 Hurricane Melissa left a trail of devastating destruction and has left many people in desperate circumstances. Our thoughts are with everyone affected across the Caribbean - the storm isnot over yet, it is currently heading toward the coast of Cuba, where significant damage isalso expected.
Together we can help — here’s how you can contribute:
Hurricane Melissa Relief
The official disaster relief and recovery platform for Jamaica, Support Jamaica provides a central hub for coordinating assistance in the wake of Hurricane Melissa. It offers a transparent and responsive system where affected individuals can request aid, report damage, or locate emergency shelters, while donors can easily contribute to the national relief fund. The site also publishes regular updates on needs, emergencies and recovery efforts, making it a key resource for both immediate response and longer-term rebuilding across Jamaica.

UNICEF – Hurricane Melissa Emergency Appeal
UNICEF is mobilizing quickly to support children and families affected by Hurricane Melissa across the Caribbean, including Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti and the Dominican Republic. They areproviding crucial supplies like clean water, hygiene kits and tents, and preparing cash-assistance to help vulnerable households recover. Donations are directed to emergency reliefnow, ensuring children don’t fall further behind.

World Food Programme (WFP)
WFP is coordinating logistics, delivering emergency food kits and cash-transfer support in response to Hurricane Melissa’s severe impact, especially in Jamaica and neighbouringislands. With infrastructure and supply chains disrupted, WFP’s role becomes vital to ensurepeople have access to food, and that relief operations can reach remote or cut-off areas.
