On the festival grounds, payments can be made conveniently and securely using EC card, debit card, credit card, as well as contactless mobile payment services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Cash payments are not accepted at the sales stands on the festival grounds.

Bringing drinks (water and juice, no alcohol) onto the festival island is only permitted in transparent, soft containers – up to 1 litre – per person (e.g. drinking bags, soft plastic bottles). Feel free to use the water taps to fill up your container. 
Glass bottles, cans and hard plastic bottles will not be accepted. 
In addition to traditional classics such as bratwurst and chips, we offer vegetarian dishes such as Swiss raclette, pizza, bowls, Thai food, handbrot... and also vegan food such as falafel, gyros, Thai food, wraps, handmade pasta and much more!
For those with a sweet tooth, we offer sweet treats such as waffles, shakes, ice cream, Baumstrietzel, fresh fruit and tropical cocktails!

There are free water stations on the festival island and in the camping area. 
There are camp service stations throughout the camping area. Here you will find information, cold drinks at fair prices and coffee in the morning.

There is also a supermarket in the city centre at the Chorweiler S-Bahn station, from where you can take the festival shuttle to the festival grounds. 

During the festival there will be lost & found counter at the P2 (Infopoint).

Monday: 9 am - 12 pm

After the festival the found or respectively handed in items will be passed on to the lost property office of the city of Cologne.

Become part of the Summerjam Volunteer Team!

As a volunteer, you will support the Summerjam Festival with a total of 12 to 14 hours of work, spread over two shifts. Through your efforts, you will help ensure that tens of thousands of visitors enjoy a safe, relaxed, and unforgettable festival.

The price of the Camping Ticket includes a €10 garbage deposit.
If you clean up your campsite before leaving and drop off a full garbage bag at a garbage deposit station, you will get your garbage deposit back.

Here’s how it works
1.⁠ ⁠Clean up your campsite and fill a garbage bag.
2.⁠ ⁠Drop off the full garbage bag at a garbage deposit station.
3.⁠ ⁠Your festival wristband will be activated for the garbage deposit refund.
4.⁠ ⁠You then have two options:
    * You receive a €10 discount on a purchase at the merch stall.
    * You can have the €10 paid out cashless at a money return station.

Fühlinger See is a protected landscape area where we will be staying for the weekend. Please collect your trash and leave your campsite as you found it. We will provide an unlimited number of trash bags at the entrance and exit areas. You will find trash bins scattered throughout the camping areas. Please deposit your sealed trash bags here. We will transport them away from there. 
KEEP COLOGNE BAY CLEAN ... Help us leave the festival grounds clean – Leave Only Footprints!

No battery? No problem! With WeCharge, you can rent a power bank to take with you directly at the festival grounds.

Here’s how it works:

Admission to the Festival Island:
Friday from 2 pm
Saturday and Sunday from 1 pm

Once the main stage program ends, many visitors leave the festival site at the same time. Therefore, access to the Festival Island via bridge B2 will be temporarily closed during this time.
However, access to the festival island remains fully available via bridges B3 and B1.
