Access to the camping areas and the festival island is only possible with a valid festival wristband. When the festival area opens, festival tickets can be exchanged for valid festival wristbands at the wristband exchange containers/ticket counters at each access control to the camping areas. Holders of forged or invalid tickets will not be admitted to the festival grounds and will be subject to police investigation. Purchase tickets only at our official ticketshop or at the ticket counters on site. No festival wristbands will be issued at the entrances to the festival island!

Day visitors, on the other hand, will only receive their day wristbands directly at the entrances to the festival island, Bridge B1 and Bridge B2 (note the signs on site). For day visitors, there is also no possibility of re-entry after leaving the festival island.

At P2 (Vibez Village) you will find a large breakfast tent, the Shower and Sanitary Camp, a water tap station, as well as our Infopoint, including "notice board", lost & found, current program infos, as well as a small shop where you can buy this and that (toiletry articles, condoms etc.).

LOST & FOUND

During the festival there will be lost & found counter at the P2 (Infopoint).

After the festival the found or respectively handed in items will be passed on to the lost property office of the city of Cologne.

Swimming Area

Swimming is prohibited in the entire lake except for the open-air swimming area BLACK FOOT BEACH! (subject to charges)

ATM machines can be found at the Zielturm (on the festival island), as well as at Service Center P2.
