Access to the Festival Island is only possible with a valid festival wristband; access to the camping areas is only possible with a valid camping wristband & a valid festival wristband. When the festival area opens, Festival Tickets and Camping Tickets can be exchanged for valid wristbands at the wristband exchange containers/ticket counters at each access control to the camping areas. Holders of forged or invalid tickets will not be admitted to the festival grounds and will be subject to police investigation. Purchase tickets only at our official ticketshop or at the ticket counters on site. No festival wristbands will be issued at the entrances to the festival island!

VISITORS WITH DAY TICKET

The entrance and exit to the festival is exclusively and ONLY at the entrance of bridge B1 to the Festival Island.
For day visitors: there is no possibility of re-entry after leaving the Festival Island.

Garbage Deposit

We will charge €10 garbage deposit in the ticket price.
FRI & SAT:
At our garbage deposit stations at the festival entrances B1, P2 and B3 we can activate your wristband when you hand in your garbage bag.As soon as your wristband has been activated - you can come to our Money Return Station on the festival island at the merch tent. Here we will be happy to exchange your garbage deposit for you.
SUN:
In addition to the garbage stations at Festival entrances B1, B3, P2 (11:00AM-08:00PM), the wristband exchange containers (P3, P4, P7, P8) (11:00AM-06:00PM) can also be used. The garbage deposit is also available as usual at the merch tent.
MON:
Here you can hand in garbage bags and redeem garbage deposits at all wristband exchange containers from 08:00AM-11:00AM.

P2-Vibez Village

Here you will find a breakfast offer, the Shower and Sanitary Camp, a freee water tap station, Infopoint, including "notice board", lost & found, current program infos, as well as a small shop where you can buy this and that (toiletry articles, condoms etc.).

LOST & FOUND

During the festival there will be lost & found counter at the P2 (Infopoint).

Monday: 9 am - 12 pm

After the festival the found or respectively handed in items will be passed on to the lost property office of the city of Cologne.
