Simply add the tickets you want to your virtual shopping basket. Then select how you would like to pay for your order and enter the necessary data.
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received the order confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder – often your mailbox is pre-sorted for you. If you can't find the order confirmation, please send us an e-mail to ticket@summerjam.de. Together we'll find out what's going on.

We operate on the principle of "2 for 1": you as a person with a "B" in your ID (which is used in Germany to proof your necessity of being accompanied) will be issued a personalized free ticket and pay the festival ticket for your companion. Prior registration is necessary for this.
For visitors from the UK we accept the Access Card with +1.
Please send an e-mail with a picture of your ID to ticket@summerjam.de. We will then check your details and send you a free ticket if applicable. Please note that we will start issuing free tickets in May 2025 at the earliest.
Deadline for registration is June 1st 2025.

New in 2025:
Would you like to visit the Summerjam Festival as a family and your children are between 0-15 years old?
No problem - we offer the free Kidsticket (age 0-9) and the discounted Youngsterticket (age 10-15).
The tickets are only valid in conjunction with a valid ID document.
The ticket holder must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

You have the choice between a credit card payment, Sofort banking, PayPal or payment in advance.
If you pay in advance, we will process your order as soon as we have received the full amount. If you choose this method, you will find our bank details in your order confirmation e-mail. Please note that your order must be paid within ten days, otherwise it will be deleted.
If you pay by credit card, PayPal or Sofort banking, your order will be ready to be processed by us immediately.

If you have selected payment by credit card/Sofort banking or PayPal but find our bank account details in your order confirmation, your payment could not be processed successfully - don't be surprised, your order confirmation will still show the payment method you actually selected. In this case, your order is in our system as "open" (=unpaid). In this case, please transfer the amount as indicated in the order confirmation.

The e-ticket arrives in your e-mail inbox as soon as we receive your payment and you can either print it out or save it on your mobile device to show it to us paperless on site.
The lovingly designed hardticket takes a few days to process and ship. We send hardtickets by mail (Deutsche Post Ag) and you will receive a notification e-mail as soon as your hardticket order is on its way to you.
If, for example, you have hard tickets and a caravan ticket in your order, your hard ticket will be sent by post and the caravan ticket will be sent digitally by e-mail.
Caravan and Comfort Camp tickets are only available as e-tickets.

The return of your ordered tickets is only possible in case of a postponement or cancellation of the Summerjam Festival by us. Please keep us informed if your e-mail address changes so that we can contact you.

So far we have not included personalisation on our tickets. However, it is very important that we are always able to contact you should there be a change in this due to a federal or state government regulation. So please keep us informed if you change your e-mail address before the next Summerjam Festival.

Unfortunately, we have increasingly noticed that some e-mail providers are blocking our system e-mails (e.g. order confirmation e-mail, e-ticket e-mail) - even without them ending up in the spam/junk mail folder.

So please put our e-mail address ticket@summerjam.de on the "safe list" in your mailbox before you order or mark it as a VIP.

Please also remember that sometimes a mailbox is simply too full, and then no e-mail can be sent to you.
If you still have problems, we will be happy to help you personally :)

The moment your order is completed by us, you will receive an email with the subject "Status change (BestNr.) to completed" - which means that your hardtickets will be sent to you by post. If you still haven't received a shipment a few days (approx. 7-9 national, 12-14 international) after receiving this email, please contact our ticket support: ticket@summerjam.de
