Here you have the option to resend your E-Tickets or to download them if you have problems receiving them. Depending on your selection, within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with either the E-Tickets attached or a link in the e-mail with which you can download your tickets. Please also check your SPAM folder!
IMPORTANT: Only the originally specified data from the order may be used here. Changing your email address is not possible here for security reasons! In this case, please contact the support team!
The download link is only valid for 20 minutes for security reasons. After that, you have to request a new one.
If it is not possible to send an e-mail, this will be indicated by a notification.
